There’s an epidemic of loud animals causing alot of disturbance in residential neighborhoods. But taking the law into your own hands will land you in jail. Word of advise: Call your Code Enforcement officer in your city instead of doing what this man did:
Cops say Joseph Pacheco sprayed weed killer on a neighbor’s $5,000 macaw — after repeatedly squawking to the neighbor about the noise made by his birds which are kept on a patio, according to records, reports TCPalm in Stuart.
The neighbor’s 10-year-old daughter eagle’s eye allegedly spotted Pacheco reach into a hole in the screened-in patio and spray something several times on the macaw and she called her, according to the report.
Pacheco said the bottle contained water, but the officer noted it had a pungent smell. Pacheco later said weed killer was in the bottle.
Pacheco was arrested Monday on burglary and cruelty to animals charges, according to records released Tuesday. He was later released Monday from the St. Lucie County jail on $15,750 bail, a jail official said.
ALL THAT GOOD MONEY GONE DOWN THE DRAIN…HE COULD’VE BOUGHT THE BIRDS & THEN SET THEM FREE! 😦
