On Monday, a federal judge tossed out inmate Juan Carlos Gonzalez suit against the Naples Jail Center for failing to fix a tooth allegedly cracked after Gonzalez bit down on what he called a “rock encrusted in chocolate” in his peanut M&M’s, reports the Naples Daily News.
Gonzalez had been seeking money for his dental work, as well as pain and suffering, in his lawsuit.
Apparently the judge didn’t thing the suit had any rock hard evidence, calling it “fatally flawed,” according to the report.
