A Naples man is facing several charges after deputies say he stole and pawned more than $10,000 in items from a home he was supposed to be watching.

Brian R. Arbo, 54, is facing charges of grand theft, dealing in stolen property, fraud, failure to appear for a felony offense and driving with a suspended license.

Arbo, who had a felony warrant out for his arrest and was known to deputies to have a suspended license, was seen Tuesday leaving Capital Pawn in Bonita Springs, according to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office report.

Deputies learned Arbo had been pawning several items over the past several months and was seen driving a black Porsche.

HOW CAN YOU PAWN WHAT’S IN THE HOUSE AND GO BACK TO THE HOUSE??? BE CAREFUL WHOM YOU ALLOW IN YOUR HOUSE.

Arbo was taken into custody, and investigators learned he had pawned several items he took from a home he was watching. The owner of the home told investigators Arbo did not have permission to sell the items.
