Heather Adams, 43, of Umatilla had an outstanding warrant for driving while license is suspended or revoked, reports the Ocala Star-Banner.
Deputies came to her house to arrest her, when they heard noises coming from a shed in the backyard. They assumed it was Adams.
Upon investigating the noise, they found a 49-year-old man, Douglas Boyer, cooking meth (574 grams of methamphetamine) — later valued at $57,400 — according to a Marion County Sheriff’s Office media release.
Boyer was charged with Sale/Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Heather Adams was located and arrested on her Marion County warrant for DWLSR and was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
WOW..ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE COOK~
there was not 574 gms of methamphetamine found at the address ofDouglas ralph Boyer. I know this because I was there. I have lived there for the past five months. I was the third party arrested at the location. Doug is about to lose his home for not paying property taxes. Why? because he did not have the money. Why would anyone sitting on 57,000 dollars of meth let his property be lost to the establishment? The POLICE look better in the eyes of the public if they can “show” the brain dead john does of the world that they are coming to the rescue of the masses by arresting the big bad pusherman. NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!! At best, Doug is the candyman. I never saw him sell one 10th of a gm of meth. he may have been in possession of the drug, but only to share with the droves of friends who come clammering for the high on a daily basis. Perhaps at one time he was a manufacturer of the poison apple but snow white has long since been kissed and is now living happily ever after!!!!!!!!!!
