Health officials in Vancouver, B.C. have announced a pilot program designed to distribute clean crack cocaine pipes free to drug users. Similar in intent to the needle exchange programs offered in many cities, the goal is to stem the spread of diseasethrough shared drug paraphernalia.  Sharing dirty crackpipes can spread Hepatitis C. Its’ one of several hepatitis viruses and is generally considered to be among the most serious of these viruses. Hepatitis C is passed through contact with contaminated blood — most commonly through needles shared during illegal drug use.

GROSS! ISN’T THIS UTENSIL ILLEGAL??
